Platform Lead
Join Stellar Omada's product team as Platform Lead, a key technical leadership role within the product delivery team, responsible for steering the engineering squad through sprint cycles and backlog execution.
Combining strong software engineering expertise with team management, this role drives internal Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) maturity, enforces technical best practice and manages developer capacity.
The role acts as the primary bridge between Product Management, QA and BA functions, and client-facing delivery teams, to ensure high-quality, scalable product releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of internal product sprints, maintaining velocity and managing development squad capacity.
- Establish and mature internal engineering practices, including code pipelines, peer review guardrails, automated checks and quality gates.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine user stories, estimate technical complexity and translate strategic roadmaps into executable sprint backlogs.
- Work daily with Business Analysts, QA and test leads, and architects to ensure clear acceptance criteria and seamless feature delivery.
- Support client delivery and DevOps teams in isolating, debugging and resolving tier-3 production defects and deployment bottlenecks.
What you'll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven background in software engineering, with experience leading Agile development teams.
- Technical mastery of modern front-end stacks: React 19, TypeScript, React Router, Tailwind CSS 4.
- Technical mastery of modern back-end stacks: Express 4, BullMQ, Socket.io, Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in data and infrastructure tooling: PostgreSQL 18 with pgvector, Prisma ORM v7, Redis, Docker and Docker Compose.
- Practical familiarity with cloud hosting environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities, LLMs or AI-assisted coding tools into commercial software.
- Experience embedding AI automated verification steps directly into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise product environment.
- Scrum Master certification, such as CSM, or an Agile leadership certification.
