Global Snowflake Platform Lead
Location: West London (2/3 Days a week)
Salary: £90,000–£95,000 + Benefits and Bonus

A leading international organisation is looking for a Global Snowflake Platform Lead to help develop and scale its global data platform. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a strategic Snowflake environment already used across multiple countries, combining hands-on technical delivery with platform leadership, stakeholder engagement and third-party vendor management.
As part of their global data and technology function, you'll help shape the Snowflake platform, support its continued expansion into new regions, and empower data teams to build consistent, scalable, and well-governed data engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Design, build and maintain a scalable, secure and high-performing Snowflake data platform that reliably supports business-critical data and analytics.
- Improve platform performance, warehouse optimisation, and cost efficiency so Snowflake resources deliver maximum value. Begin implementing AI and work with Cortex and other Snowflake capabilities.
- Implement robust security, access controls, data governance, and compliance standards across the platform.
- Strengthen platform resilience, monitoring and operational support by identifying issues early and automating repetitive processes.
- Partner with data engineers, architects and wider technology teams to shape platform strategy, promote engineering best practices and support continuous improvement.
