Platform Manager - AI Innovation & Secure Platforms

£75,000 - £85,000
Remote

We're supporting a Digital Consultancy as they expand their use of AI and emerging technologies. They're looking for someone to establish and manage secure Azure-based environments where new AI tools can be tested, evaluated and adopted safely.

This is a greenfield role with significant autonomy, sitting between Digital, IT and Security teams.

The Role

  • Build and manage Azure environments for AI experimentation, testing and development.
  • Establish secure sandboxes for evaluating new AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Design and implement appropriate access controls, permissions and environment guardrails.
  • Assess technical, security and data risks before new tools are adopted.
  • Work closely with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet organisational requirements.
  • Support the transition of successful experiments into approved business use.
  • Help define standards and best practice for AI-enabled development and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
