Our client is hiring a Platform Operations Specialist for a client in Dubai. The successful candidate will support day-to-day platform operations, analyze performance data, coordinate promotional activities, and help improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily platform operations and monitor performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate promotional campaigns and platform activities.
- Analyze operational data to improve user engagement and platform performance.
- Optimize platform configurations and operational strategies.
- Track KPIs and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify operational issues and recommend effective solutions.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in platform operations, digital products, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and campaign performance reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 5,000–10,000 per month

Work Schedule
- 6 working days per week
- 1 day off per week
- Shift schedule will be discussed during the interview.
