Key Responsibilities
- Drive API-first initiatives and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
- Publish product requirement documents with low-fidelity wireframes and measurable metrics to define success.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative products. Most importantly, work collaboratively with other product managers.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics to continuously improve user experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs throughout the development process.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Relevant 5+ years of experience in product management within a B2B fintech organisation with an API platform.
- Strong technical background to understand APIs.
- Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to unblock themselves, with a high aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication (this is a must in a global set-up) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of product features.
Good-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of the global fintech landscape and trends in fiat, cross-border or crypto products.
