About the Role
We are looking to connect with experienced Platform Implementation, Migration, Business Analysis, Product, Testing, and Delivery specialists for our talent pool as we anticipate future project demand across the UK Financial Services sector.
This is not an active role. We are proactively building a network of independent consultants and contractors with experience delivering complex platform implementations and migrations across banking, wealth, insurance, payments, fintech, and broader Financial Services environments.
We are particularly interested in professionals who can support programmes from requirements and solution design through data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and operational readiness.
Investment-platform experience is a priority attribute, but it is not a requirement. Strong experience delivering platform change within other regulated Financial Services environments is also highly relevant.
What You May Support
- Lead or support end-to-end platform implementation and migration programmes.
- Define business requirements, implementation roadmaps, and migration strategies.
- Map current-state and future-state business and system processes.
- Coordinate data migration, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Manage integrations and dependencies across internal systems and third-party providers.
- Support product configuration, platform onboarding, and operating model changes.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and release readiness.
- Coordinate cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and operational transition.
- Work across business, product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
- Support programme governance, RAID management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery tracking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
