Sales Development Representative
Talent Journey helps recruitment businesses grow faster, perform better and build stronger companies.
We are looking for a driven, confident SDR to speak directly with recruitment founders, create qualified opportunities and book high-quality demos for our advisory and AI products.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage recruitment founders and directors.
- Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects based on ambition, business challenges, and fit.
- Book and confirm high-quality demos.
- Follow up event attendees, referrals, and warm opportunities.
- Keep CRM activity, notes, and next steps accurate.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve messaging and conversion.

What Good Looks Like
- 5 qualified demos attended each week.
- 3 new client sign-ups per week.
- Strong activity, consistent follow-up, and accurate pipeline management.
- Confident conversations with senior business owners.
- High standards, resilience, and personal accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and confidence on the phone.
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to ask good questions.
- Organised, coachable, and comfortable with clear targets.
- Persistent without being pushy.
- Recruitment or B2B sales experience is helpful, but attitude and capability matter more.
