What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned technical platforms, systems, interdependencies, and operational risks.
  • Carry out first-line investigation and resolution of platform, system, and application issues.
  • Perform daily system checks to verify operational integrity.
  • Respond promptly to system dashboard alarms and Talkback queries.
  • Investigate and resolve transmission-affecting incidents and faults.
  • Log, update, and manage incident tickets using Jira.
  • Complete pre- and post-implementation checks following system changes through the Change Request process.
  • Collect and analyze system logs to support investigations into service- and system-impacting issues.
  • Work collaboratively with second-line Platform Engineering teams, Platform Principals, and subject-matter experts to capture and share technical knowledge.
  • Take ownership of your personal development and proactively build your technical and operational capabilities.
