Our client is a fast-growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, based in central London.
Within their growing Support team, they’re looking to hire a technical Platform / DevOps Support Engineer.
About the Role
You’ll work across Cloud, DevOps, and Platform operations, supporting production services.

You’ll be key in the day-to-day operational health of the company's products and end user support - having real ownership of your work and good visibility.
Project work will cover not only incident management and resolution but also automation projects and even new software and application architecture.
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of application support - APIs, data, and SQL, monitoring, and integration
- Experience of operational support, DevOps, and/or platform
- An understanding of coding - Python, Java, etc
- Good understanding of web applications and Cloud would be ideal
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
