Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and consistent operation of the plastics plating plant. The role involves:
- Controlling chemical processes
- Maintaining process stability
- Managing resources
- Supporting quality performance
- Reducing rejects
- Ensuring planned maintenance activities are completed to maximize plant availability and product quality
