Performance Clothing for Racket Sports

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator & Brand Player (Padel / Tennis)

Are you a serious player who knows how to build a brand?

PlayBrave is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is as comfortable on the court as they are on social media.

We are pivoting our brand from Aspirational to Inspirational (the courage to improve). We exist to champion the spirit of the dedicated player—the one who wakes up early to train, fights for every point, and respects the discipline of the game. In the next weeks we will have new products, new website and a new marketing message.

We don’t want a generic marketer. We want a player. Someone who understands the grit, the grind, and the glory of High-Level Court Sports (Padel, Tennis, Real Tennis, Rackets, Squash).

The Role

20–25 Hours / Week – Flexible

You will be the “Voice” of our marketing team, working directly with our senior team (Chairman & Head of Business Development).

Location

Hybrid. We are a small, London-based team. You will need to join us in the office (or on court!) a few times a month for planning and product reviews.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Face: Manage our social media channels (Instagram/TikTok). Engage with the community, reply to DMs, and hunt for great user content.
  • Create Content: Film yourself or others training in PlayBrave Product. You know what “good tennis” looks like—capture it. No cringe.
  • Build the Tribe: Proactively reach out to coaches, club captains, and pros to bring them into our Ambassador Program.
  • The “Postmaster”: Handle the logistics—send seeding kits to our ambassadors, manage the list, and ensure our key players have what they need.
  • AI-Enabled: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) to speed up copywriting, email drafting, and asset resizing. (We will support you with the tools).

Who You Are

  • A Serious Player: You play competitively (Semi-Pro, County Level, or high-level Club). You know the difference between a continental grip and a western grip.
  • Digital Native: You live on Instagram/TikTok. You know how to edit a Reel, write a hook, and use hashtags.
  • Organised: You can handle a spreadsheet, track sample shipments, and manage a content calendar without being chased.
  • Hungry: You want to grow with a challenger brand.

  • The Opportunity: Work directly with experienced senior team and help shape the voice of a brand with a clear mission: To fuel the improvement of anyone who steps onto the court with intent.

To Apply

Keep it short — we care more about who you are on court and online than a formal CV. Send us:

  • Your playing level: Sport & Standard (Semi-Pro, County, high-level Club, etc.).
  • Your socials: Your Instagram and/or TikTok handle—we want to see how you show up online.
  • One piece of content you’re proud of: A Reel, post, or video you made. It doesn’t have to be about sport.
  • One idea: How would you promote PlayBrave to your local club?

Optional: Feel free to attach a CV or LinkedIn link, but it’s not required.

Don’t just play. PlayBrave.
