💰 Up to £60K Basic + £33K Uncapped Bonus
We are looking for wound care specialists, ready to step into sales leadership! Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing medical device businesses.
This is a rare opportunity to combine team leadership, strategic account management, and hands-on sales within a high-performing wound care division.

💼 What You'll Do
- Coach, mentor, and develop your regional sales team
- Manage strategic NHS accounts and key stakeholders
- Drive new business and formulary inclusions
- Engage TVNs, Procurement, Category Managers & Theatre Teams
- Develop regional sales strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Lead from the front while delivering your own commercial targets
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the division
👊 Who You Are
- Proven wound care sales experience within the NHS
- Experience across Acute & Community settings
- Previous medical device people management or a high-performing Senior Territory Manager ready for leadership
- Track record of winning business and securing formularies
- Strong relationships with TVNs, Procurement & Category Leads
- Commercially driven, strategic, and an effective coach
- Full driving licence

💰 The Package
- £50-60K basic
- £33K uncapped OTE
- £625/month car allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
