This FTSE SmallCap company is now seeking the support of a Chartered Secretary on an interim basis.
Ideally starting end of August or early September, you'll need to be an experienced governance professional who is comfortable operating at number one level in a standalone role. Responsible for all aspects of plc governance alongside attending and minuting Board meetings, you'll provide a full range of company secretarial support whilst in post.
