Systems Integrator / PLC-HMI Programmer
Systems Integrator / PLC-HMI Programmer with 5-7 years of experience in designing, programming, and troubleshooting, industrial automation, and control systems. The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Siemens, IDEC, and other PLC platforms, along with expertise in HMI development, industrial networking, and system integration.
Key Skills & Experience
PLC Programming & Automation
- Extensive experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and testing using:
- Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PLCs
- Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, Step7)
- IDEC PLCs
- Other industry-standard PLC platforms
- Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text programming.

HMI/SCADA Development
- Design, development, and configuration of HMI applications for industrial automation systems.
- Experience with:
- FactoryTalk View
- Siemens WinCC
- IDEC HMI
- Other HMI/SCADA platforms
System Integration
- Integration of PLCs with field devices, sensors, actuators, drives, motion control systems, and third-party equipment.
- Experience in interfacing automation systems with MES, ERP, SCADA, and Industrial IoT platforms.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols Modbus TCP/IP / RTU, OPC, etc.
- Ability to configure Engineering Work Stations with PLC/HMI software.
- Ability to configure Managed Ethernet Switches.
- Strong knowledge in the generation of Logic Diagrams.
