PLM Data Functional Analyst
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a PLM Data Functional Analyst based in Hampshire on a hybrid basis for an initial 5 month contract.

Job Spec:
We are seeking a TCU Data Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in developing and deploying custom reports within PLM platforms e.g. Teamcenter, Enovia as well as through Third Party reporting tools e.g. TcRA. The successful candidate will work within an established PLM product team, supported by the Data and Analytics team. In line with existing processes and working closely with both internal teams, business stakeholders and vendor representatives, the successful candidate will deliver insightful, meaningful reports enabling Teamcenter users to realise the full benefit of the application. Work is primarily remote with a requirement for occasional travel to UK offices to support collaboration with the wider team and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to fully understand and document reporting requirements.
- Develop wire-frame representations to support requirements capture with business users.
- Identify required data sources and establish best approach for delivering report requirements.
- Conduct data transformation and analysis as required to meet reporting requirements.
- Ensure data is accurate and complete using validation and quality control techniques.
- Create reports and dashboards within TCRA and native Teamcenter reporting to present the results of analysis in a clear and understandable format.
- Define and ensure sufficient testing is completed to ensure report meets usability requirements and provides accurate, complete report.
- Capture continuous improvement suggestions and work with wider PLM product team to prioritise these into a backlog.
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics team to ensure alignment with Leonardo process, adoption of good practice and support wider business reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with wider PLM team and Siemens representatives to overcome any issues identified during the development of reports.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, PLM administration, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
- Experience is data modelling, governance, and master data management
- Experience translating user requirements into usable reports and dashboards.
- Experience in remote collaboration and screen sharing for technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:
- Proven experience in developing reports within Teamcenter Reporting
- Proven experience of Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics Module (TCRA)
- Knowledge of product structures, engineering change processes, and product configuration management
- Understanding of system integrations such as PLM, ERP, MES
