Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a PLM Programme Manager to be based at our office/ our customer’s site in Gaydon.

Our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practice helps manufacturers build better products, define better processes, and reduce costs. As an engineering services organization, we use the processes and software we recommend to our clients. We leverage two decades of PLM domain expertise, industry-leading software partnerships, innovative training services, and a laser-like focus on understanding the product development challenges specific to each of our clients.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the Service Operations function within the customer PLM organization, working closely with the Service Operations leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence across PLM and 3DEXPERIENCE production services, ensuring stable, efficient, and business-aligned service delivery for a global enterprise user base of 16,000+ users.

The Program Manager will coordinate across Service Operations, domain teams, delivery teams, support organizations, infrastructure and platform teams, supplier partners, and business stakeholders. The role will govern Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes while continuously improving operational performance, governance, service maturity, and customer experience.

Area of Responsibility

Service Operations Management

  • Support and govern end-to-end Service Operations for PLM platforms, including 3DEXPERIENCE and associated PLM applications.
  • Work closely with Service Operations leadership to ensure operational stability, service continuity, and adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Drive operational governance across Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
  • Ensure effective coordination between support, infrastructure, platform, application, domain, delivery, and business teams.
  • Monitor service health, operational risks, escalations, and improvement priorities.

Incident and Major Incident Management

  • Lead governance and coordination for critical and high-priority incidents affecting business operations.
  • Ensure timely resolution, clear stakeholder communication, effective escalation management, and business impact visibility.
  • Facilitate post-incident reviews and track agreed corrective actions.
  • Drive reduction in repeat incidents through trend analysis and preventive action.

Problem Management

  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis for recurring and high-impact issues.
  • Track corrective and preventive actions through to closure.
  • Work with technical and domain teams to improve platform stability and reduce operational risk.

Change and Release Governance

  • Govern production changes and release activities to minimize business disruption.
  • Ensure change compliance, risk assessment, approval workflows, deployment readiness, and implementation controls.
  • Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, platform, and release teams for smooth execution.
  • Drive improvement in change success rates and reduce change-related incidents.

Stakeholder and Business Engagement

  • Act as a key interface between IT Operations and business/domain teams, including Engineering and Industrial Operations.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and maintain transparency in service delivery.
  • Present operational performance, service risks, escalations, and improvement plans to leadership and governance forums.
  • Coordinate effectively within a global, multi-vendor service environment.

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

  • Drive service maturity initiatives aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Define and improve operational dashboards, KPI frameworks, service reporting, and governance mechanisms.
  • Identify automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement opportunities across support operations.
  • Support transformation initiatives for PLM operational processes, tools, and customer experience.

Knowledge / Experience

Essential:

  • Strong experience in Program Management, Service Delivery Management, or Service Operations within enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience managing Service Operations for PLM, 3DEXPERIENCE, or other large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and large enterprise user communities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, governance, and escalation management skills.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing operational risks, priorities, dependencies, and improvement actions.
  • Ability to translate service performance data into clear management insights and action plans.

Desirable:

  • Experience in automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and the wider PLM ecosystem.
  • Exposure to enterprise production support and managed services environments.
  • Experience working in global delivery models with multiple vendors and partner teams.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps practices, automation, monitoring, and workflow optimization.
  • ITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is advantageous.
