Job Opportunity: Plumber for Responsive Maintenance Team
WPS has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Plumber to join our Responsive Maintenance team. Based out of our Finsbury Park office, you'll be working on a social housing contract, delivering reactive maintenance to our residents.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Carry out plumbing repairs and renewals
- 🔄 Complete minor maintenance tasks using your multi-trade skills
- 🤝 Collaborate with colleagues and contractors on complex jobs
- 📲 Use a PDA to receive and update job details
- 📅 Communicate with schedulers when follow-up work is needed
- 😊 Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients
👷♂️ What You'll Need
- ✅ NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- 🚗 Full UK driving licence
- 🔧 Plumbing experience in a similar environment
- 💬 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ⏱️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
