We are looking for an experienced plumber to join our client on an ongoing programme of school refurbishment projects across Hampshire.

The Role

You will be carrying out plumbing and heating works as part of refurbishment projects in occupied and unoccupied school buildings.

Duties Include:

  • Installation, modification and maintenance of heating systems.
  • Working on radiators, steel pipework, and fan coil units (FCUs).
  • Alterations and repairs to existing pipework.
  • Pressure testing and commissioning where required.
  • Working to programme deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
  • Following all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing and heating.
  • Experience working with steel pipework, radiators and fan coil units.
  • Own tools and transport.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred).
  • CSCS or appropriate site skills card may be required depending on the site.
  • Enhanced DBS is advantageous but not essential (depending on the project).
