Job Title: Plumber

Since our recently announced merger with both Activ8 Solar Energies & SSE Airtricity. Allbrite Heatpump Specialists Ltd is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth and expansion, securing contracts with local councils, energy providers, and the SEAI.

Allbrite Heatpump Specialists Ltd are actively seeking qualified Plumbers to oversee the installation and commissioning of heat pump systems. This position will be based out of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. This is a full time permanent position inclusive of a competitive salary, company vehicle and additional benefits.

The Opportunity:

As a Plumber you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of heat pump systems. You will undertake the installation, servicing, repair and maintenance of heat pump systems. You will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the growth and success of Allbrite.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Install and commission heat pump systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Oversee & prepare the pipework and plumbing systems for heat pump installations.
  • Undertake servicing, repair, and maintenance activities in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Assess and diagnose faults, providing effective solutions to ensure the reliability of heat pump systems.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding their heat pump systems.
  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Plumber ideally with 3+ years residential experience in the Irish market.
  • Live within a commutable distance of Carrickmacross.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
  • Good working knowledge of heating system layouts, controls, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • National Travel may be required occasionally.
