Job Description

Maintenance Plumber

Location: Central London

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team, working across a large, prestigious multi-building estate in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber with a strong background in building maintenance who enjoys a varied role within a busy facilities environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently.
  • Maintain hot and cold water services, sanitaryware, pipework, valves, pumps, and associated plumbing systems.
  • Undertake routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating safely and effectively.
  • Carry out minor mechanical maintenance where required.

About You

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent recognised qualification).
  • Previous experience in a building maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
  • Experience working on commercial building services.
  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
