🚨 Join WPS as a Plumber and help make a real difference in local communities! 🚨

WPS has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Plumber to join our Responsive Maintenance Team based from our Winchester Basepoint office. Working across a social housing contract, you'll be carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in residents' homes, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard.

πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide range of plumbing repairs and installations.
  • Complete minor maintenance and multi-trade works where required.
  • Diagnose faults and deliver effective first-time fixes.
  • Use a PDA/mobile device to receive, update, and complete work orders.
  • Liaise with schedulers and managers regarding follow-on works and materials.
  • Work alongside colleagues and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent WPS professionally at all times.

🎯 What You'll Need

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience within responsive maintenance, social housing, or a similar environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
