Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Installs, repairs, and maintains the facility's water supply, wastewater, sewage, storm drainage, and medical gas piping networks.
- Services domestic water pumps, steam stations, heating and condensation systems, and water filtration equipment, while managing backflow and cross-connection prevention.
- Conducts preventive maintenance, adheres to standard safety precautions using PPE, and tests critical fire protection systems including valves, pumps, and deluge systems.
- Diagnoses system failures to determine repair or replacement needs and responds to after-hours emergency situations to resolve immediate safety hazards.
- Coordinates with other trades, informs personnel of work order statuses to comply with building codes, and participates in meetings, training, and special projects.

Qualifications
What minimum requirements you’ll need
- Must have one or more of the following:
- License: Relevant license with 3 years’ experience
- Education: Graduate of trade school
- Work Experience: 5 years of related experience in lieu of license
- Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience
