About The Role
Pertemps Bristol Industrial seeks a full-time, temporary Plumber to join their client in Bristol, covering properties near Chantry Court Stores on Denmark Street, BS1. The hourly rate is £20, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00am to 5:00pm. This role involves general plumbing maintenance, diagnosing and repairing leaks, installing fixtures, and fixing toilets, sinks, taps, pipework, and drainage. You will respond to maintenance requests across nearby sites, all within walking distance of the base. Candidates need solid fault-finding skills and proficiency in routine repairs. We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Plumber to join our client in Bristol.
Location
The role will be based at Chantry Court Stores, Denmark Street, Bristol, BS1 5DH, with work carried out across several nearby properties, including:
- Chantry Court
- Unite House
- Orchard Heights
- Campbell House
All sites are within walking distance of the base location.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults and leaks
- Installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing fixtures and fittings
- Carrying out basic repairs to toilets, sinks, taps, pipework and drainage systems
- Responding to maintenance issues across the properties
- Undertaking minor maintenance and repair works where required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Plumber
- Good knowledge of general plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Relevant plumbing qualifications or experience would be advantageous
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate
- £20.00 per hour
