Plumbing & Heating Engineer – Full Time
📍 Glasgow / Lanarkshire / Central Scotland
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm
💷 Salary negotiable depending on experience
➕ Overtime available
💰 Boiler sales bonus scheme – £50 for every boiler sold
Chalmers Plumbing & Heating is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, professional, takes pride in their workmanship and delivers excellent customer service.
This is a varied role, so we need an engineer who is confident adapting to different types of work rather than specialising in just one area.
Your day-to-day work may include:
- Routine boiler servicing and maintenance
- Boiler breakdowns and fault finding
- Boiler installations and replacements
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Heating system repairs and upgrades
- Radiator and pipework installations
- Domestic and light commercial work
- Working independently and as part of a team

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
- Strong plumbing and heating knowledge
- Relevant gas qualifications / Gas Safe competency
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own hand tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- High standard of workmanship
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to diagnose problems and work independently
- Comfortable working across a varied workload
- Commercial experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
