Salary: £43,201 plus benefits and additional allowances. Field-based with regular travel across Somerset. Hours: 39 hours per week. Permanent Role. Closing date for receipt of applications: 07.08.26 (Midday)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Gas Safe registered Plumbing and Heating Engineer with experience to join the Magna team. From the initial job report to its completion, you will play a key part in delivering works to a high standard, whilst meeting our customers’ needs and complying with current legislation. The role encompasses a diverse and rewarding working routine with great benefits, a company van, uniform, and all trade relevant power tools supplied.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out central heating works including installation and servicing.
- Diagnose faults and resolve heating/plumbing related problems to a high standard.
- Be on call once every six weeks, for which you will receive a generous standby allowance.

Requirements: Together with a high level of fault-finding ability & diagnostic skills, you will feel comfortable working independently or as part of a team, committed to overcoming any scenarios that may arise on a daily basis.
Ideal Experience:
- Experience of Social Housing or working in a similar environment would be advantageous, although alternative sectors will be considered.
- Understanding how to use a mobile iPad device together with a geographical knowledge of the Dorset & South Somerset area would be preferential.

- CKR1
- HTR1
