Plumbing Estimator / Project Engineer Commercial & Domestic Projects (September Start)
The company is looking for an experienced Plumbing Estimator / Project Engineer to join their team for a September start, supporting a wide range of commercial and domestic plumbing projects with accurate pricing, strong technical oversight, and confident project coordination.
About the Role
This dual position combines estimating with project engineering, covering both commercial and domestic work. You'll prepare detailed quotations, assess labour and material requirements, liaise with clients, and support engineers on-site to ensure quality, compliance, and smooth project delivery across all job types.

Key Responsibilities
- Estimating & quotations: produce accurate costings for commercial and domestic plumbing works
- Project engineering: provide technical guidance, support workflow, and ensure project standards
- Client communication: discuss specifications, variations, and project requirements
- Technical assessments: review drawings, scope works, identify risks
- Project coordination: assist with scheduling, materials planning, and job progression
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures

Requirements
- Strong background in plumbing or heating engineering
- Experience in estimating, project engineering, or both
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
