Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Plumbing & Heating Engineer role based in Mansfield and surrounding areas. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing faults, carrying out pipework and fixtures installation, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations. The engineer will respond to customer call-outs, provide clear explanations of work required, and deliver high-quality workmanship on scheduled and emergency jobs.

The role also requires accurate completion of job records, collaboration with team members, and representing the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation, fault diagnosis, and system testing.
- Experience with pipework, fittings, and associated heating system components.
- Proven maintenance and repair abilities for domestic and commercial plumbing and heating systems.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully on-site.
- Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in plumbing and/or heating engineering.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements for plumbing and heating work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules.
- Full valid driving license and willingness to travel within the service regions.
- Previous experience in a similar engineering role is highly beneficial.
