Exciting Opportunity to Lead the Plymouth Safeguarding Adults Partnership (PSAP) Business Unit
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Plymouth Safeguarding Adults Partnership (PSAP) Business Unit and support the effective operation of the city's statutory safeguarding partnership. Working closely with the Independent Chair and senior leaders from Plymouth City Council, NHS Devon ICB and Devon & Cornwall Police, you will play a key role in strengthening safeguarding arrangements and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead Partnership governance, business planning, quality assurance, performance reporting and Safeguarding Adults Reviews
- Provide professional advice and constructive challenge across partner organisations
- Manage the PSAP budget and business support function

Requirements
- Experienced professional with strong knowledge of adult safeguarding
- Excellent partnership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence at a senior level
