Description

This is a builder role. Amazon Freight's Salesforce platform is being built from the ground up, and we are hiring someone who wants to own the outcome of that build. You will shape the platform architecture, the automation, and the governance that determines how 100+ sellers interact with their pipeline daily, with ownership over how it gets built and how it evolves. We are looking for someone who treats AI as a core problem-solving tool rather than a bolt-on feature, and who actively rethinks how work gets done in Salesforce using AI to accelerate solutioning, reduce manual toil, and surface insights that would not be obvious from dashboards alone.

The role sits within Business Operations (pipeline management, deal governance, marketing operations, sales training, commercial performance and productivity), which is part of the same broader organisation as the Commercial team. You are not a centralised tech team operating at a distance; you sit next to the sellers and commercial leaders you support. In practice that gives you faster decisions, direct access to commercial context, and influence that extends well beyond configuration into how the sales organisation operates and delivers results.

You will join an existing Salesforce team that includes a Senior Product Manager who drives the overall platform strategy and roadmap, and Sales Administrators. You will have a high degree of input into that strategy while owning a significant share of the hands-on execution and building. We need someone who understands the business, knows what stakeholders need before they ask, pushes back when requirements are misaligned, and delivers with minimal guidance. You will partner with a 100+ person Sales team, as well as Product, Marketing, Strategy, Security, Legal, and Finance, working across the EU and North American Salesforce teams.

This role could be located in: LHR, BCN, LUX or HYD

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Salesforce platform and governance strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Senior Product Manager and business stakeholders
  • Drive the platform's evolution into agentic AI: identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven automation, intelligent workflows, and agent-based tooling into the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Hands-on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce features including user management, permission sets, custom objects, flows, Lightning pages, validations, and managed packages
  • Translate internal sales and account management team needs into robust business requirements for CRM configuration and development
  • Own and communicate a clear prioritization framework so stakeholders have visibility into what is being delivered, what is next, and why
  • Own end-to-end delivery of platform features, integrations, and updates including build, UAT, seasonal releases, and deployments
  • Design and optimise automation to enhance user productivity and data hygiene, leveraging AI-driven workflows where possible and conventional flows where not; develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality, integrity, and adoption
  • Navigate Amazon's security and compliance standards including threat models and technical design documents for new tooling and integrations
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, feature rollout communications, and prompt resolution of support issues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
