About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Moray Maternity Collaborative Team. This is a key administrative role providing high-quality, professional support to a range of projects focused on improving and developing maternity services. Working closely with the Programme Director, Project Manager, Clinical Leads and wider multidisciplinary teams, you will play an important part in ensuring projects are delivered effectively and within agreed timescales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, monitoring actions, maintaining project documentation, supporting workshops and events, and ensuring effective communication across a wide range of stakeholders. You will act as a central point of contact for the programme team and contribute to the smooth running of a number of complex projects.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with significant experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within a healthcare or public sector environment. You should possess excellent organisational and time management skills, be able to manage competing priorities, and demonstrate confidence in working with senior managers, clinicians and external partners.
