Role: Post Merger Integration Analyst (Graduate / Entry-Level)
Location: North West, UK (Split between office working and client sites)
Salary: £27k + 6% pension matching

About Us

Sequentia Group Ltd is a fast-growing, boutique advisory firm specialising in Post-Merger Integration (PMI), carve-outs, and complex business transformations. We work closely with Private Equity-owned portfolio companies and PLCs to deliver high-impact, time-critical strategic initiatives.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, sharp, and organised Integration PMO Analyst to join our team in the North West. This is an entry-level / graduate role designed for someone eager to kickstart a career in strategy, integration, and project management, with a clear trajectory to scale into more senior delivery roles over time.

You will play a central support role across our deal lifecycle, directly assisting Integration PMO Leads, Integration PMs, and the Integration Lead to keep complex integration programmes running smoothly across both our office base and client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & PMO Administration: Maintain core project documentation, track key deliverables, and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to keep integration tracks structured and on schedule.
  • Support to PMO & Integration Leads: Assist senior leads across the end-to-end deal lifecycle by preparing progress reports, building steering committee decks, and monitoring integration milestones.
  • Initial Project Discovery: Help gather, synthesize, and analyze baseline operational data from target companies during the early stages of post-merger integration and carve-out planning.
  • Active Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships across portfolio company management, client site teams, and internal advisors to facilitate clear communication and drive project momentum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
