PMLD Learning Support Assistant – Lewisham
Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming temporary SEN assignments in Lewisham from now through December 2026. This is a candidate-attraction campaign covering suitable local opportunities, not one named school vacancy. The exact setting, timetable, and pupil profile will always be discussed before your CV is submitted.
Working pattern:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay:
- £105–£130 per day PAYE

Contract:
- Temporary, school-based, and on-site
The work may involve PMLD, sensory needs, and physical disabilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver attentive individual and group support
- Use sensory and communication approaches
- Support care and safe moving when required
Experience:
- PMLD, complex-needs, care, or clinical support experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Moving and handling, care, or Makaton training is desirable; QTS is not required.

You must be able to work in the UK and provide suitable references. Successful applicants need an enhanced child-workforce DBS on the Update Service or must be willing to complete a new application. All roles are subject to safeguarding and compliance checks.
