About the Role
As the PMO Analyst, you’ll work closely with our PMO Manager to govern and deliver our change portfolio—from large transformation projects to incremental improvements. This role provides a clear career trajectory into a Senior PMO position while placing you at the heart of our exciting Tech Transformation and AI initiatives.

Your contributions will shape and evolve our change delivery framework, strengthening collaboration with stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards. You’ll drive a dynamic work environment built on continuous improvement, proactivity, and camaraderie.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of managing and delivering core PMO services—often working in parallel—to meet commitments consistently and to the highest standards.
- Execute multiple PMO functions (e.g., programmes, product enhancements) in a structured way, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Change, Group Technology Services, and wider Business teams to refine:
- Change governance models
- Policy processes
- Risk management frameworks
- Regularly review and refresh key artefacts, tools, and knowledge repositories to enhance effectiveness.
- Contribute to organisational learning—embracing failures as opportunities for progress in our fail-fast, thrive-learning culture.
Requirements
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst/Coordinator
- Ambition with a readiness to step into a senior role down the line

Core Skills & Mindset
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivation with a proactive mindset, confident in challenging norms and continually improving processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools—e.g., Azue DevOps, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Expertise in portfolio management or collaboration software is advantageous
- Ability to handle dynamic workloads with minimal oversight
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Communication & stakeholder relationship management skills
- Passion for continuous learning and self-development
- Comfortable mentoring others and fostering a collaborative team approach
