The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.

What you'll do

• Support Project Managers with project governance, ensuring documentation, controls, and PMO standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce project reporting, dashboards, and portfolio updates, tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance.
• Maintain RAID logs, monitor actions, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Assist with project financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, purchase orders, and supplier spend.
• Coordinate project meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder communications, preparing agendas, minutes, and action logs.
• Maintain SharePoint project repositories, ensure document version control, and contribute to PMO process improvements and best practice.
