PMO Analyst

Location: Remote | Contract: FTC Until March 2027 | Salary: Up to £40,000

Help us make great change happen at Target.

We’re looking for an organised, friendly and proactive PMO Analyst to join our Change & Transition Delivery team on a fixed-term contract until March 2027. If you love supporting projects, keeping things running smoothly, and working with great people, this could be a brilliant next step in your career.

In this role, you’ll provide central portfolio support for some of our medium and large Business Change initiatives. You’ll be right at the heart of our change activity, helping ensure projects are controlled, well governed and set up for success.

What it’s like to be part of the team

You’ll be joining a supportive, knowledgeable team right at the inception of an exciting period of change. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and re‑establish the processes that will strengthen our capabilities and set us up for future success.

We come from a mix of backgrounds, so there’s always someone to learn from — and always someone willing to help. No two days look the same; the pace is lively, and you’ll build strong relationships right across the business, including with senior leaders. The work you do will play a vital role in ensuring changes land smoothly for both our clients and our colleagues.

We value wellbeing, teamwork and having fun at work. You’ll get regular feedback in 1:1s and your hard work will be recognised through our My Recognition platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
