PMO Analyst Contract
Paying between £300 to £400 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working (On site 2 days per week), 6 Month Contract, To Start ASAP
Your new role
We're looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a busy transformation programme, supporting the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects and change initiatives.
Working closely with Programme and Project Managers, you'll play a key role in providing structure, governance and visibility across the programme, ensuring milestones, risks, actions and dependencies are effectively tracked and managed.
This would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving change environment and can bring organisation, attention to detail and strong PMO disciplines to complex programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and maintain programme and project reporting
- Track risks, issues, actions, dependencies and key milestones
- Support programme governance and reporting cycles
- Monitor project plans, progress and key deliverables
- Prepare status reports, dashboards and management information
- Support RAID management and escalation processes
- Coordinate governance meetings, forums and programme documentation
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting and ways of working
- Help provide visibility across multiple projects and change activities

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role
- Good understanding of project and programme governance
- Strong experience with RAID, reporting, planning and milestone tracking
- Experience producing programme reports, dashboards and management information
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders across a busy programme environment
- Experience supporting transformation or organisational change programmes
- Experience supporting the introduction or development of a new operating model would be beneficial
