PMO Analyst
The PMO analyst is responsible for ensuring the effective governance of programme activities, consolidating reporting and maintaining documentation standards. This role supports the smooth operation of project management processes and ensures that all programme related activities adhere to established guidelines and best practices.
This role is hybrid for 6 months and requires 2 days per week onsite in West London.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks and processes.
- Consolidate and analyse program reporting from various sources.
- Format and maintain project documentation and reports to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Support the development and maintenance of project management templates and tools.
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for program management activities.

- Proven experience in a PMO support role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in document formatting and report consolidation.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Monday.com.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience with program governance and reporting frameworks preferred.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices preferred.
