Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.

We make health happen

At Bupa, our purpose is simple: helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. As a leading global health and care company, we reinvest our profits into improving healthcare because, unlike many organisations, we have no shareholders. This means our customers are at the heart of every decision we make.

As a Portfolio Analyst

You'll play an important role in helping Bupa Global deliver the changes that support our customers, colleagues and business goals. Working within our Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you'll help make sure our portfolio of projects is well governed, balanced and aligned to strategic priorities.

This is an opportunity to work across an international business, partnering with teams and stakeholders from different regions and functions. You'll provide valuable insight, reporting and analysis that helps leaders make informed decisions and keeps change programmes moving in the right direction. If you enjoy turning data into meaningful information, improving processes and building strong working relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Portfolio Analyst, you'll:

  • Support the day-to-day management of the Bupa Global change portfolio.
  • Act as a key contact for portfolio-related questions and guidance.
  • Produce monthly portfolio reports and management information for senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain portfolio records and data, making sure information is accurate, up to date and reliable.
  • Review governance submissions and provide constructive feedback to help maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and prepare information packs for decision-making forums.
  • Support portfolio assurance activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Help develop and embed portfolio management tools, processes and ways of working.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support reporting on project investment and expenditure.
  • Work closely with project, programme and PMO colleagues to share best practice and improve consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across a complex global environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
