Job Description
Reporting to: PMO Manager
As the PMO Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of our dynamic PMO Team, overseeing the governance and efficient delivery of our change portfolio—from large-scale projects/programmes to incremental product enhancements.

This is your role if you’re ambitious, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and want a clear path to Senior PMO status. You’ll drive and refine our change delivery framework, fostering strong working relationships across Change, Business, and Technology, ensuring high-quality, insightful deliverables that meet stakeholders’ expectations.
During a period of Tech Transformation and AI implementation, you’ll form part of our future-focused team—helping shape our next evolution.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver core PMO services (often in parallel), ensuring:
- High standards
- Alignment with commitments
- Consistent results
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Change, Group Technology Services, wider Business) to embed and evolve the Change Delivery Framework, including:
- Governance
- Control processes
- Risk management
- Regularly review and refresh/re-purpose key portfolio artefacts, tools, and knowledge repositories
- Embrace a work at pace / fail fast and learn culture, delivering innovative solutions
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst / Coordinator
- Previous PMO experience (non-negotiable)
*Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Highly self-motivated and logical thinker, willing to challenge norms and apply a test-and-learn mindset to improve processes
- Technical proficiency in:
- Portfolio/Project management tools
- Microsoft suite (Transactional: Azure DevOps, SharePoint, M365, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple demands under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in transforming data into actionable insights
- A collaborative mindset—embracing inclusivity and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management skills with an approachable, engaging demeanour
- Coaching and mentoring ability to foster a learning culture
- Adaptable presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences
