Role Summary

LCCC is expanding its role in delivering critical low-carbon schemes that support the UK's transition to Net Zero. These schemes include Carbon Capture, Usage and Storage (CCUS), Hydrogen Production and Storage, Sustainable Aviation Fuel and other emerging market mechanisms.

The PMO Analyst will provide project, programme and portfolio reporting and coordination support across scheme implementation and technology-enabled delivery. The role will help ensure that delivery information is accurate, timely and easy to use, supporting effective governance and informed decision-making across the Bespoke & New Schemes portfolio.

Scheme implementation activities may include governance arrangements, operating model development, procurement activities, funding and financial arrangements, organisational readiness, business process development and other capabilities required to support successful scheme launch and operation.

Working closely with Project Managers, Lead Project Managers, Programme Managers, Finance, Technology and business stakeholders, the PMO Analyst will maintain plans, trackers, dashboards and reporting materials; support RAID and dependency management; and help identify trends, exceptions and issues that require attention. This is a junior support role with scope to develop strong PMO, reporting and delivery management capability in a complex, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project, Programme and Portfolio Reporting

  • Produce accurate, timely and clear project, programme and portfolio reports for operational, management and governance audiences.
  • Consolidate information across multiple projects to provide visibility of delivery performance, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resource utilisation and financial information.
  • Prepare reporting inputs, governance packs and presentation materials for Steering Committees, PMO forums and senior leadership meetings.
  • Help maintain reporting calendars and ensure scheduled reporting activities are completed to agreed standards and timelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
