Role Description
The PMO Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in London, supporting the delivery of projects and programs across Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. The role involves maintaining project records, tracking progress against plans, and producing regular reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. The PMO Analyst will support project governance by coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with agreed standards and processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Analyzing project data
- Identifying risks and issues
- Assisting with resource and budget tracking
- Helping improve tools and methodologies used by the PMO
The role also collaborates closely with project managers and business teams to support planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong project support and coordination skills, including experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar environment.
- Ability to analyze project data, monitor performance metrics, and produce clear reports and dashboards for different audiences.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices for risk, issue, and change management.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, project management or portfolio management software).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site in London and contribute to a culture of inclusivity, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualification or training in project management, business, or a related discipline; experience in the not-for-profit, scientific, or cultural sector is an advantage.
