PMO & Business Coordinator - Early careers
London | Hybrid (2-3 days in the office) | Permanent
We're looking for a PMO & Business Coordinator to work directly with the Senior VP - Product Officer, supporting a growing product and business leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic initiatives, project delivery and business operations from day one.
This is a role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You'll help keep projects on track, meetings productive, information organised, and priorities moving forward. Every day will be different, offering the chance to build valuable business, project management and executive support experience within an international environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Project & PMO Coordination (Approx. 50%)
You'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of projects by:
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and status reports.
- Monitoring progress and following up on actions, milestones and dependencies.
- Supporting steering committees, governance meetings and project reviews.
- Producing engaging PowerPoint presentations for leadership and client audiences.
- Coordinating project documentation and reporting activities.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of smaller project workstreams.

Team Coordination & Business Support (Approx. 20%)
You'll help create structure and organisation across the wider team by:
- Managing SharePoint, Teams and document repositories.
- Maintaining team trackers, calendars and communication channels.
- Coordinating meetings, events, offsites and workshops.
- Producing meeting notes, briefings and internal communications.
- Supporting knowledge management and best practice processes.
Executive Support (Approx. 30%)
Working closely with the Senior VP, you'll:
- Manage a busy international calendar across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate travel, itineraries and expenses.
- Help prioritise incoming requests and correspondence.
- Track commitments, deadlines and follow-up actions.
- Ensure every meeting and engagement is well prepared and runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for potential, energy and the right mindset.
Essential
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid Microsoft 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to attend the London office 2-3 days per week.

Desirable
- Some experience in a coordinator, PMO, analyst, operations or executive support role (including internships and placements).
- Exposure to project tools such as Jira, Planner, Smartsheet, Monday.com or MS Project.
- Interest in technology, data, consulting or professional services.
- Experience working with colleagues across different geographies and time zones.
