PMO Co-Ordinator
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent
If you thrive on pace, enjoy taking initiative and are ready to adapt when things change, you’ll feel at home here. We’re looking for people who bring energy and curiosity, ask the right questions and find a way forward when the answer isn’t obvious. This is your opportunity to bring that perspective to support the day to day running of our People Change and Transformation Portfolio within Group HR Operations.
What you'll take on
- Governance: Run the governance calendar end to end: schedule forums, issue agendas and papers in advance, and track decisions and actions through to closure.
- Portfolio Reporting: Compile the weekly delivery report, weekly portfolio overview and monthly leadership pack, chasing and validating inputs from programme teams before release.
- RAID & Decision Management: Maintain risk, issue, assumption and dependency logs at programme and portfolio level, chasing overdue owners and raising where mitigation has stalled.
- Tooling, Data Quality & Demand Intake: Administer the portfolio workspace and dashboards, keep plan, landmark and status data accurate, and log and triage new requests while reporting on demand by function, division and theme.
- Standards & Assurance: Apply the PMO Playbook and templates consistently, and flag where delivery is drifting from the agreed governance approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
