You'll play a key role in supporting product transformation initiatives within a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping senior leaders make informed decisions through robust governance, reporting and delivery oversight.

About the Role
As a PMO Consultant, you will be responsible for providing the structure, governance and reporting required to support the successful delivery of strategic product initiatives. Working closely with product, commercial and leadership teams, you'll ensure progress is effectively tracked, key risks are visible and stakeholders have access to timely, accurate information.

Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and tracking the status, risks and delivery projections of key initiatives across a product portfolio.
- Managing and maintaining the central source of truth for programme and project progress.
- Creating regular reporting, dashboards and visualisations for senior leadership using tools such as Looker and Excel.
- Analysing delivery and performance data to provide meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
- Establishing clear governance and communication structures to ensure stakeholders receive accurate and consistent updates.
- Partnering with commercial teams to monitor product adoption, identify blockers and gather insights that support product strategy and prioritisation.
- Managing client payout processes, including budget tracking, financial oversight and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
- Supporting programme governance activities, including risk management, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven PMO experience within complex change, transformation, product or technology environments.
- Strong project governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- A high level of data literacy, with the ability to analyse, interpret and present data effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting or business intelligence tools such as Looker.
- Experience producing reporting and visualisations for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial tracking, budget management or operational controls is desirable.
- The ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week depending on client needs.
- The right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
