Junior PMO Analyst
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international investment bank for a Junior PMO Analyst to join its UK IT CIO Office in London. The CIO Office supports the IT and Risk Management departments with budgeting, forecasting, governance and reporting. You will be hands-on from day one, working closely with IT managers and PMOs across London and Paris, as well as the UK central financial control team.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare, consolidate and sanity-check IT Steering Committee and management reports (financial and non-financial)
- Run governance forums: produce meeting minutes and action trackers, chase outstanding actions and validate their completion
- Produce KPIs and detailed reports for internal stakeholders
- Review and update IT governance documentation

Budget, Forecast & Resources
- Support the monthly IT finance process and the annual budget and forecast cycle
- Investigate time-tracking data, flag variances and give managers clear insights
Optimisation & Communication
- Contribute to process improvement, streamlining and automation
- Apply data analysis to improve budget reporting accuracy and risk assessment
- Write procedures and process documentation
- Act as community manager for the team's SharePoint repositories
- Facilitate communication across IT teams to keep projects on track
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Project Management, Business Studies or equivalent
- Early career (0-3 years), ideally with exposure to PMO, IT finance or management accounting
- Good understanding of budget and financial management
- Strong numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Power BI (or another BI tool) and a good background in Python
- Understanding of IT development processes and projects
- Fluent French and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to prioritise in a changing environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience facilitating meetings or workshops is a plus
