PMO Lead

Starting Salary: c. £75,000 Depending on skills and experience

This is a great role for someone who is an experienced PMO leader with a strong background in technology and transformation portfolios and is looking for an opportunity to shape portfolio delivery at a strategic level. This role would suit someone who enjoys leading high-performing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving excellence in governance, controls, reporting, and portfolio management.

A bit about the job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Lead to join the ASC CIO portfolio, supporting the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives. Working closely with CIO leadership teams, you'll drive consistency, transparency, and control while leading a team of PMO professionals and embedding best practice across the portfolio. Through effective oversight, insight, foresight, and hindsight, you'll help ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic priorities and organisational objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
