Help Deliver One of Tarmac's Biggest Ever Business Transformations
Are you an experienced PMO professional who thrives on bringing structure, governance and clarity to complex programmes?
We're looking for a PMO Lead to play a critical role in Project Falcon, one of Tarmac's most significant transformation programmes. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile strategic initiative at the heart of our business and help shape the future of how we operate.
As the PMO Lead, you'll be at the centre of programme delivery, driving governance excellence, ensuring leadership teams have clear visibility of progress, and enabling confident, informed decision making across multiple workstreams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading programme governance across a major transformation programme
- Driving reporting, programme visibility and executive-level communications
- Owning RAID management, action tracking and decision governance
- Coordinating steering committees, leadership forums and governance meetings
- Ensuring robust controls, compliance and document management standards
- Supporting senior programme stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from PMO professionals who have experience supporting large-scale transformation, ERP or systems implementation programmes and who are passionate about governance, organisation and continuous improvement.
You'll bring:
- Proven PMO, Programme Office or Project Coordination experience
- Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, actions and decisions
- Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging where needed
- Excellent Microsoft 365, SharePoint and project collaboration tool skills
Bonus Points For
- Experience supporting S/4HANA, ERP or digital transformation programmes
- Exposure to structured governance, assurance reviews and stage-gate processes
- PRINCE2, PMO, APM or related qualifications
