Job Title: PMO Lead
A global asset management firm is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to play a key role in a multi-year transformation programme. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
You will lead programme-wide governance, planning, reporting, financial control, and management information (MI), working closely with senior stakeholders and overseeing the PMO function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the programme governance framework and controls.
- Lead integrated planning, reporting, RAID, and dependency management.
- Oversee programme budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial reporting.
- Produce high-quality management information and insights for senior leadership.
- Coordinate executive governance forums, including papers, actions, and decisions.
- Lead and develop the PMO team.
- Drive consistent PMO processes and standards across workstreams.
- Provide constructive challenge and ensure risks and issues are proactively managed.

What You'll Bring
- Significant PMO Lead or Programme Management experience within asset management is essential.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-year transformation programmes.
- Strong expertise across governance, planning, reporting, and financial management.
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders and executive forums.
- Experience leading and developing PMO teams.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
