PMO Support for Large-Scale IT Programme
Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major FMCG client and is looking for a PMO to support a large-scale IT programme. The role focuses on project coordination, governance, reporting, and ensuring delivery teams follow established project management standards.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and governance sessions.
- Maintain RAID logs and track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Support project governance and documentation activities.
- Maintain project information within PMO and project management tools.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a PMO Support, PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role.
- Experience supporting large-scale IT projects or transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of IT project management processes and governance.
- Experience maintaining RAID logs and producing project reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience working in a global enterprise or FMCG environment.
- CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI, or similar project management certification.
- Exposure to programme governance and stage-gate delivery frameworks.
