I'm currently working with a growing consultancy that delivers transformation programmes across a range of public sector clients. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced PMO Manager to lead and develop their Project Management Office, ensuring projects are delivered with strong governance, effective controls and clear reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving PMO capability, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the PMO function
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards and reporting
- Produce portfolio dashboards and executive reporting
- Manage project controls, including RAID, change control and dependencies
- Support planning, resource management and delivery assurance
- Facilitate governance forums and project boards
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery
- Build strong relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a PMO Manager or Senior PMO role
- Strong understanding of project governance and PMO best practice
- Experience with portfolio reporting and project controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar PPM tools
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, MSP or other recognised delivery methodologies
- Previous public sector experience is highly desirable
